Pipeline Maintenance Services
As leaders in pipeline maintenance, we travel throughout the Midwest providing services to cross county pipelines. Our services range from sandblasting, painting and coating to valve and pipe change -out to rehabilitation/smart pig digs. We have veteran pipeline welders on staff to cover needs from live line sleeving to pipeline fabrication. We employ experienced OQ personnel on staff to perform all aspects of pipeline maintenance.

Pipeline & Fiber Optic Erosion
We provide a site specific solution to restore cover to your exposed pipeline. This can range from hard armor and streams to soft-cover and fields and waterways. Weaver’s Inc. has designed and installed over 300 grade stabilizations/erosion control structures, we have expertise ranging from the smallest waterways to some of the largest streams in the Midwest.

Stream Bank Erosion and Fish Habitat Construction
We have built a self-propelled, self-unloading barge with a 4 foot draft. With a length of 40’ and a width of 14’, this barge can be used in places where conventional barge would not fit. The barge, which we have nicknamed “The Hammerhead”, when fully loaded can carry approximately 15 cubic yards of material (almost 23 tons). The Hammerhead can place riprap on the banks of rivers, lakes and streams from the water for bank stabilization. By using our barge less of the bank and habitat are disturbed. The Hammerhead can also be used to build Bendway Weirs, place rock or sand piles in water for fish habitat, bring lake or stream beds up to grade or float bulk materials from site to site.

Agricultural- waterways, terraces, ponds, and low water crossings
We are able to meet all of your needs on the farm and the right away, ranging from waterway grading and clearing to low water crossings and access installation. Weaver’s Inc. has long front excavators in our fleet to assist in the cleaning of farm ponds and sediment basins.
